Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the scheduled session, course, or event: No refunds will be provided.
2. Cancellation between 4 to 6 weeks before the scheduled date: A 50% refund will be issued, excluding bank transaction fees.
3. Cancellation between 6 weeks and above, before the scheduled date: A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund, excluding bank transaction fees.
